A Typical Office Visit

A typical office visit usually only takes 5 to 15 minutes. But don't think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We understand that nobody likes waiting. Your appointment time is your appointment time; this avoids any waiting time, besides... our reception area is not very big!  But remember: traffic, red lights and unpredictable Maine weather happen so please do not rush.  The more relaxed you and your spine are when you enter the office, the better your adjustment will be!

Dr. Rob Asks some important questions of interest to Gorham residents - Chiropractor Gorham Dr. Rob Asks...

Can babies with colic be helped with chiropractic?
It's probably one of the times a parent feels the most helpless. But based on the research, chiropractic and colic relief appear to go hand in glove. With success rates in the mid-90% range, more and more Gorham parents are seeing a chiropractor. If you have a baby with colic learn how chiropractic may help.
Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Gorham chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
